Jamiel Kadri, President and Founder
Fulcrum Staffing is owned and operated by Jamiel Charbel John Kadri, CPA. Jamiel is a native of Charleston, South Carolina and from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. Jamiel began his career in Big 4 public accounting in Charlotte, North Carolina. His client base consisted largely of companies in the commercial industrial sector, which included large publicly traded companies, as well as medium sized manufacturing and retail clients.
Prior to working in public accounting, Jamiel also worked in corporate accounting for IBM at their United States Accounting Center in Raleigh, NC. Jamiel left public accounting to join one of his managers at his start up search firm. For over six years, Jamiel helped grow and establish the practice in the Charlotte market. During that time, he built a reputation for his professionalism, honesty and integrity, which is the foundation under which Fulcrum Staffing continues to operate since Jamiel started the company in January 2008. He is passionate about advising his clients and candidates in their search and interview process.
Jamiel brings a strong understanding of the accounting and finance professional search process, and his background and experience in professional accounting allows him to better understand his clients’ accounting and finance staffing needs.
Elizabeth Reed, Senior Recruiter
Elizabeth joined Fulcrum Staffing in March 2018. She is originally from Boston, MA and moved to Charleston, SC in July 2011. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and has a passion for fitness which stems from years of competing in soccer, horse-back riding and skiing. For over 25 years, Elizabeth has been a results-driven executive driving profitable marketing, operations and new business initiatives for start-up to well established multi-billion-dollar corporations in a vast array of industry segments such as financial services, consumer goods and services, retail, telecommunications, technology, electronics, aerospace and defense, food and beverage, sports and entertainment.
She has received numerous awards and recognition throughout her career as an analytical and creative team leader who consistently exceeds goals and expectations. She has collaborated with teams at all levels of the organization in local, regional, national and international markets. Prior to joining Fulcrum Staffing, Elizabeth oversaw sales and marketing for AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets – North and South Carolina, where she was responsible for driving traffic and sales for the small business channel, retail channel (92 company-owned stores), corporate channel (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, Costco) and sponsorships (NBA, NFL, NASCAR, College Sports). She is expert at developing and implementing on and offline strategies to identify the best candidates to grow any new and existing business.
Roger is a native of Greenville, SC where he attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School and then continued his education as an Accounting major at Clemson University. Following his undergraduate career, he participated in the Master of Taxation program through Clemson’s Graduate Business School in downtown Greenville. He then worked as a Tax Associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP in Tyson’s Corner, VA before working as a Staff Accountant at The Fund for American Studies, an educational nonprofit in Washington, DC.
Roger brings an enthusiasm for people, community relationships, and economic development to the Charleston area along with a healthy obsession of his alma mater, Clemson University. Fulcrum Staffing is anxious to get him immersed in both the company’s strategic partnerships as well as the many community development opportunities Charleston has to offer.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his dog, Callie, along with his morning workouts, evenings out with friends, and the occasional tennis match. His mother is also thrilled to have him closer to home.

Sarah Curtis has lived in Mount Pleasant over 10 years. After teaching elementary school for 11 years and being a stay at home mom for 17 years, she recently launched back into the workforce and joined The Fulcrum Team! Sarah enjoys spending time with family, reading, biking, baking, her bible studies and church groups, but she loves to dance! Jazzercise is her favorite hobby and she currently takes adult ballet classes at Mount Pleasant School of Performing Arts to keep her on her toes! Her greatest achievement is raising two wonderful boys into strong men! Her favorite quote, “Too blessed to be stressed!”
